We take a single point of responsibility from concept layout and class approvals through to load-out, hook-up and on-site commissioning. Each project is delivered to SOLAS, classification-society and client specifications, so the operator receives a habitable, certified module ready for service.
Air conditioning, refrigeration and explosion-proof units engineered for Zone-1 and Zone-2 hazardous areas. Systems are sized for tropical and harsh-environment duty, with pressurisation, gas-detection interlocks and redundancy built in for safe-area integrity. We handle ducting, controls and balancing as part of an integrated accommodation package.
B15-compliant prefab modules in single, multi-unit and stackable configurations. Cabins are built and outfitted in a controlled workshop — complete with furniture, joinery, lighting and pre-plumbed wet units — then shipped for rapid bolt-down installation. This off-site approach shortens yard time and reduces hot-work on the asset.
Structural steel, skid, pressure-vessel and marine piping in carbon and stainless. Welding is carried out by coded welders to approved WPS, with full NDT, hydrotesting and dimensional control before release. From primary support steel to small-bore utility runs, every component is traceable and class-witnessed where required.
Stainless steel galleys, walk-in cold rooms and fire-suppression hoods for high-occupancy quarters. We supply and install marine-grade catering equipment, ventilation canopies and cold-store insulation built to withstand continuous offshore use. Layouts are planned around crew numbers, hygiene standards and ease of maintenance.
Bonded stores, food provisioning, deck machineries, safety stores and outfitting consumables. Our chandelling network keeps vessels and rigs supplied during port calls, dry-docking and project mobilisation with reliable, on-time delivery.
